Nick Zorn leads our Wichita branch with a hands-on, relationship-driven approach and a commitment to being available when teammates and customers need support. With experience in the hardware industry and a growing passion for the complexity of HVAC, Nick enjoys the daily challenge of learning something new while helping customers keep projects moving.
Where are you from? What made you want to come to Wichita?
I’ve lived in the Wichita area my whole life. I built a home in the country 15 years ago and absolutely love the peace and quiet—just not the dusty dirt roads that come with it.
How long have you been in the HVAC/Manufactured Home industry?
I’ve been in the manufactured home industry almost two years now. I spent 12 years in the hardware industry, so that side of the business is easy! HVAC has been fun—I love the challenge of learning new things; it’s more complex than I ever imagined.
What’s the best part of your job/what do you like most about your job?
I enjoy meeting with customers and building on customer relations. Having a good relationship with customers makes every bit of the process—from ordering product to solving problems—easier.
What is the most important part of your job/what you do at Style Crest?
I believe being able to communicate well and making myself available to help anyone is the most important part of my job, whether it’s with coworkers, the corporate office, or customers.
What are you passionate about outside of work?
Outside of work I love being outdoors—I don’t sit still too often. I enjoy hunting, fishing, watching my boys in sports, and I spend plenty of time doing yardwork.
