Where are you from? What made you want to come to the DFW area?
I was born and raised in Saint Louis, Missouri. I moved to Dallas in 1994 after being released from military service for a position with the largest refrigerated transportation company in the U.S. I was assigned to their management training program for one year and then into a driver supervisor role, serving in several positions before leaving the company in 2000.
How long have you been in the HVAC/Manufactured Home industry?
Not long—about six months.
What’s the best part of your job/what do you like most about your job?
The best part of being a branch manager is the people—both customers and the team. Take care of the customer at all costs.
What is the most important part of your job/what you do at Style Crest?
The most important part of my job as Branch Manager at Style Crest is leading the team and making sure our branch runs safely, efficiently, and profitably while delivering great service to our customers. I focus on developing associates, supporting strong customer relationships, and overseeing daily operations like inventory, logistics, and performance metrics. Ultimately, my role is to align people and processes to drive consistent results and support Style Crest’s goals.
What are you passionate about outside of work?
Anything and everything motorcycles.

Prior to joining this industry, I worked across several DOT/FMCSA-regulated businesses—including 48-state transportation companies, oil/gas/propane operations, and my Matco Tools franchise.
